Army as a way to gain their freedom. The exhibit will be on display the

Once again, the Board of Trustees of the Cape May County
Historical & Genealogical Society will be honoring those who contribute
to the preservation of County history in some way or who have devoted
their energy to supporting those groups who work to preserve our past.
This year will be the third time we will be awarding those people who
make a difference in preserving our history.
An award nomination form is included in the Quarterly
newsletter and we encourage you to nominate anyone whom you feel is
deserving of these awards. The criteria for nominations and the three
categories are included on the nomination form. You can return the form
by mail or drop it off at the Museum office. Additional forms are
available for your friends and relatives to vote also. The deadline for
returning the forms is Friday, November 5th. The winners will be
announced at our Annual Dinner Meeting. Please take the time to nominate
someone so we can recognize these important people and more importantly,
